This paper studies a new type of the steam turbine control system without controllingoil. Different from the other types of executive mechanism applied in electro-hydrauliccontrol system, the connection of electro/hydraulic used in the new control system is anintelligent executor. We name it "force driving executive mechanism". It is the first timethat control mode of intelligent actuator driving the pilot valve through leverage isapplied in the controlling of steam turbine in our country. Base on the executor'spowerful drive, the tracing force of the pilot valve is stronger than ever .For the samereason, the jam fault of the pilot valve is overcome, and the working stability of thecontrol system is improved. The dynamic characteristic of the force driving executivemechanism is different from the other types of servo mechanism. By studying itsmovement process, the author obtained the movement equation of the pilot valve.Together with the movement equations of other segments, the mathematic model of thewhole control system is built. Through analyzing the system regulating process by meansof computer emulation, the connection between dynamic characteristic of the forcedriving executive mechanism and control system's regulating performance has beenworked on. Through the compare to DDV control system, the strong-points andshortcomings of the control system without controlling oil are discussed, the feasibilityof the new system is confirmed,and the future research orientation is offered.
