| Power plant is a complex system made up of different equipment for the conversion of energy.The steam turbine system is an indispensable part of the power plant,and its performance is closely related to the safe economy of the power plant.In order to adapt to the development direction of the large capacity and high parameters of the unit,we must strengthen the study of the characteristics of the steam turbine,and system modeling is the most effective way to study the system.This paper takes a 350 MW supercritical unit steam turbine system as the research object.According to heat transfer,thermodynamic equation and equation of matter and energy balance,I used the method of mechanism modeling to establish the mathematical model of the steam turbine system.In accordance with the modeling idea of modularization of complex systems and on the basis of analyzing the modeling ideas of the mathematical models of different modules,I focus on constructing the mathematical model of the lumped parameters,including the regulating stage of the turbine system,the pressure level,the cylinder cylinder and the mildly rotor.The adjustment level model includes the regulation level characteristic curve and the variable condition calculation model and the rotor model including the dynamic model and the thermal stress model.With the help of the simulation support platform,I built the turbine system two times,and getting its simulation model that Corresponding to the mathematical model.According to the field data,I compared the design data or the operating data parameters with the simulation parameters of the steam turbine system under different working conditions,Verify the error of the built model within the allowable scope of the project.I analyzed the factors that affect the accuracy of the model.The final simulation results surface,the accuracy of the built model meets the requirements of the project.The work of this paper lays a foundation for the study of the characteristics of the turbine system of a supercritical unit.The simulation model provides a good platform for the research of the training,assessment and accident treatment of thermal power units. |
