Pressure measurement is a significant part for the wind tunnel test. The calibration data from various metrological instruments during the pressure measurement is directly related to the quality of the wind tunnel test. From statistics, there are over 8000 pressure transducers with different types in CARDC. So it is an important task for its metrological testing station to calibrate the pressure measuring instruments. However, the transducer static characteristics calibration is a very complex process. The previous calibration is characterized by low efficiency and worse accuracy because the result is obtained from the complicated calculation after every pressure point' s manual-control and every transducer' s output value recording. In order to improve the standard of the pressure calibration instrument and periodically calibrate the pressure transducers, pressure scanivalves and pressure sources used in the wind tests, the station will develop a set of calibration and control system for the pressure transducer. It is a research project for the metrological standard with a direct application to the wind tunnel test.The development of the calibration and control system for the pressure transducer was a project that had been demonstrated and applied. The measurement and control system had completed its development recently and had been put into operation. A number of test results, including a comparative test with the manual calibration had shown that its technical performance reached the scheduled specification.
