The Sba System Hwme Realization

Simulation Based Acquisition (SBA) is a kind of new idea of acquisition, which was advanced to overcome the defects in traditional acquisition such as long cycle and high cost etc. And Hall for Workshop of Metasynthetic Engineering (HWME) is a key technology that enables traditional acquisition transfer to SBA mode. Taking the project of "the research of applied technology within SBA prototype system " as the background, the dissertation makes research on the methodology of metasynthesis, the architecture and functions of the HWME, and explores the realization of prototype HWME for demonstration of weapon and equipment.In this paper, first, some theories of methodology of metasynthesis are introduced, and the ideology and method of Metasynthesis are expounded. Combined with SBA, the contents and processes of the methodology of metasynthesis applied in SBA are analyzed. And the idea of designing a HWME to assistant developers working in demonstration of weapon and equipment is put forward.During the course of discussing, a problem should be considered is how to aggregate experts' distributed thinking to reach consensus. Thus, two methods of reaching consensus are then studied. And a new one on the basis of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is proposed.Further, the architecture of the system is designed, the functions and the key processes of the HWME are analyzed, and on the basis of these researches, we built a prototype HWME for Demonstration of Weapon and Equipment. Finally, taking an assumptive discussing process as an example, part functions of the system are displayed.
