For p ursuing the high quality of modern a ero-propulsion system, t he s tructure and control system of aero-engine has been becoming more and more complicated. Because of the implementation of complex control theory and safety, efficient work of aero-engine, it has been the trend that the digital electronic control system substitutes the traditional hydraulic control system. This leads the control technology of aero-propulsion system to a new stage.By studying aero-engine control technology and the latest development of hardware, software in control technology, the advanced technology of embedded system was introduced to solve the problem which shown in the process of developing the aero-engine digital electronic control system in our country.The JT15D-4 aero-engine was chose as the control object, and the whole design of the aero-engine digital electronic control system was given. By using the technology of embedded system, digital electronic controller the soul part of the digital control system was studied from two aspects of hardware and software. The hardware stmcture and the sensor signal conditioning was studied as the main part of hardware work. Joined with the methods of software patterns, time-triggered embedded digital electronic controller pattern and the solution was given. In this paper an opening and updateable basic structure with complete functions was shown finally.
