With the development of multi-variable control technology and aero-propulsion technology, future excellent engine must have the character, which is high ratio in thrust and weight low fuel and long use life. Therefore the control system of aero-engine has also been becoming more and more complicated. The precision of control system is also extra higher. But tradition hydraulic control has many demerits. And the digital electronic controller characters with high running speed, high precision, flexibility, Full Authority Digital Electronic Control System is the direction of aero-propulsion control system.In the paper we study and analysis the digital control system of Aero-engine. What the paper discusses is a part of which test and demonstrate the FADEC (Full Authority Digital Electronic Controller). Through analyzing the technology of simulation, the paper builds the platform of aero-engine real-time digital electronic digital electronic control simulation system, which is basis of PC. The content of the paper involve in systemic designing project, systemic hardware configuration and systemic testing software, which is designed by adopting modularization structure designing principle. Hardware research focuses on interface circuit including simulating sensor simulating actuator and monitoring power. Software design consists of data collection commutating software graphics interface and data processing. The project can meet the requirement for engineering application through primary testing.
