A method of innovation of a multi-way direction valve is introduced in this paper, a stepping motor and transition part was added to the original valve, and its passing function is presented. A kind of PLC control to stepping motor is introduced, the software design discussed, the program flow chart given, and the control characteristic analyzed. Also analyzed the digital system in theory and in emulation.Stepping motor drives the servo mechanism acting as guide control part of multi-way, so the major valve element move at the same way with guide mechanism, eliminate the effect of flowing force and the force of friction. Then make the program directly control possible, and greatly decrease the cost. Because the stepping motor has high repeat precision, the valve's reliability and static control precision is improved.This discourse reconstruct the ZS-L25E multi-way valve, autocontrol part was added to the original valve.
