In the fossil energy crisis and environmental problems more and more serious, fuel cell has been more widely used in automotive field, and oil-free scroll compressor and inflation integrative machine is a key component in fuel cells. Atmospheric pressure air after compression and turn into high temperature and high pressure gas, increase the oxygen content, strengthen the power of the fuel cell generation efficiency. At the same time high temperature and high pressure air through the heat conduction oil system after recovery of thermal energy, then through the oil-free scroll compressor and inflation integrative machine expanding and recycling energy, make scroll compressor provide for high pressure gas to fuel cell inlet, raising the energy efficiency of fuel cells is to maximize.For research on the performance of oil-free scroll compressor and inflation integrative machine, at first mainly introduced scroll mechanical geometric basis, based on circle involute type scroll line analysis the working principle of scroll machine, detailed list of the geometrical parameters, and detailed analysis of integrative machine design characteristics of expansion fixing plate, moving plate, compression plate. Then detailed analysis the performance of scroll compressor and parameter variables such as temperature, exhaust pressure, volume flow between the change rule. At the same time using thermodynamic simulation model, giving the calculation formula of the compressor wall temperature, power, volume flow, exhaust temperature. On the premise of consider factors such as heat transfer and leakage, calculated the compressor working capacity of cavity change rule of temperature and pressure, get ready for subsequent scroll compressor and inflation integrative machine design theory and experimental test system.Secondly, on the basis of theoretical research, design a set of test system for scroll compressor and inflation integrative machine, the major components including gas source part, inlet pressure control part, flow control valve, flow measurement unit part, air heater, power meter, data acquisition system and sensor etc. This research group considered from factors such as the detection range, measurement accuracy, ease of operation, price ratio, has given for each component selection basis and application introduction, detailed list all parts parameter table. Accurate measurement and control of the pipeline parameters such as inlet pressure, inlet temperature, volume flow and other variables. At the same time, used the company of Advantech ADAM series data acquisition card, real-time record the value of parameters in the test system, through the experiment data to real test energy recovery efficiency of the scroll compressor and inflation integrative machine.
