Integer frame of electricity use management system based on GPRS was circled, the paper focuses on the software and hardware implement of electricity energy subsystem and the design of operation expandedness & application installation subsystem. Moreover, data warehouse technology's use in electricity use management was researched and discussed in detail. Furthermore, the implement of other subsystems was introduced simply.
