According to the Halmiltonian Theory, deduce the vabrating equations of general arches and the equations computing arches' resultants considering the influence of initial axial resultants. On the base of the equations, build the finite element programs to solve the problems of arch structures according to the Frobenius Method of solving differential equations. As examples compute and analyse fixed-end steel-tube-concrete arch structures' static resultans , frequences and responses to earthquake impulses under different conditions. The computions and analyses of the arch structure problems in the article considering compression and flexture at the same time ,avoid the errors computing with the Elastic-Center Method in the criterions. The builded programs can be used to accurately anlyse the influence on arches' static and dynamic ability of different arch types , initial resultans, different earthquake impulses, and the article can be a base of computing and designing arch structures. The arch unit stiffness matrixes builed with the programs combined with the unit stiffness matrixes of other structures can be used to accurately compute complicated structures with arches. The methods in the article can be a reference when deducing formulae and computing in special structures.
