The Rapid Development Of System Architecture And Its Evaluation Study

Research and Development (R&D) speed of Hi-tech weapon equipment and its speed in operation has become a crucial factor to determine victory and defeat of future war. Based on the analysis of requirements of international military struggling for weapon equipment R&D speed and its present conditions in China, the paper puts forward the concept of weapon equipment Rapid R&D and Rapid R&D System. Systematically expatiates the connotation and constitute of Rapid R&D and Rapid R&D System, establishes the architecture model to direct equipment Rapid R&D. Furthermore, the paper explores main enabled technologies and its realization schemes for Rapid R&D and gives an application.The most important purpose of Rapid R&D is put it into practice in the weapon equipment manufacturing in china, so the paper presents structured methods to convert the current R&D equipment system into Rapid R&D, and elaborates its process through applied examples.It should be evaluated to convert the current system into the Rapid R&D system. The paper brings about the evaluation model for structured methods by establishing evaluation principles, evaluation indexes and evaluation methods, and develops a prototype system of evaluation for structured methods.
