Water Air Cooler Performance Assessment Methods

The intercooler's technology in china is still behind other countries, and we have not a complete theory in designing or evaluation system in this field. It's urgent for us to develop some new theory or do more work on intercoolers to change this status .In this article ,we have evaluated the performance of an water-air intercooler by establishing an test-bed for water-air intercoolers, also we've established an numerical analytical model to evaluate it in theory .we've got some satisfactory conclusions about it and they can be used guide the production.We mainly discussed such contents in this article:Chapter 1: Summarize the development of the radiator technology and the research work on its performance evaluation.Chapter 2: Put out a reasonable project to evaluate the water-air intercooler's performance in experiment way according to the development of the modern testing technology and the radiator's performance experiment.Chapter 3: Discuss the data communication and management system.Chapter 4: Establish a numerical model by analyzing the radiator's transfer-heat theory and do an academic evaluation on it.Chapter 5: Evaluate a given water-air intercooler both in academic and experimental ways so as to test the validity of the two ways.Chapter 6: Prospect the evaluation way of the intercooler's performance.
