| In this paper, constant power control of the radial piston variable pump belongs to JBP series which displacement is 50mL/r is studied , electro-hydraulic numerical constant power control method is presented , numerical valve is designed and the mathematic model of the hydraulic control system is founded and its characteristics are also analyzed . Aim at the electro-hydraulic constant power control radial piston variable pump , the fuzzy PID controller is designed combined with current modern control strategy . Simulation studies on hydraulic control system and constant power control system are completed . Some conclusions are drew in the end . |
