This paper is based on the pile loading field test in Henan provence. In the two piles (one is pedestal pile, the other is straight-wall pile), testing elements is set before depositing concrete to reflect stress in the testing piles, displacement sensors on the pile block to reflect settlement deforming. With the data gain from testing elements through theory and numerical analysis the paper studies 1) the distribution character of stress in the pile; 2) display character of frictional resistance on the pile side and resistance on the bottom; 3) law for fallout and deforming; 4) the relation between factional resistance and relative fallout; 5) establish an empirical formula of bearing capacity normal value for manual excavation pile. In addition, paper studies stress and deformation of the soil by finite element software, emphasis on vertical stress and shear stress in the soil below the pile and the influence of the inclined plane.
