| With the development of transport and communication trade and the upgrade of bearing capability, a large quantity of bridges in service need maintenance or reinforcement to improve the bearing capability. The paper analyzes the effects of reinforcement with CFRP bonded under the cored slab beam mainly through model tests.Based on the tests and the subsequent analysis, it is firmly demonstrated that reinforced simple beam bridge with CFRP is applicable and reliable, that is ,both its bearing capability and its stiffness are improved. Then for the stress characteristics of reinforced concrete slab beams. Based on assumption of plane cross section, a new theory that solves the nonlinear problem of composites section through calculating inertia moments of different layered sections is put forward in this paper. Next, by applying the theory of FEM, a method of simplified calculating the whole test process is developed, which proves to be appropriate in contrast with the tests analytical results. Last, the nonlinear process of section stiffness changing with the composites section stress increasing is analyzed and contrasted. In brief , the research shows CFRP is effective and appropriate in the application of the bridge reinforcement, what's more, the theory and the corresponding calculating method of the paper is feasible, which could simulate the whole process of load-bearing bridge.- load-bearing-section crack-force redistribute. |
