Flying-ash applied to cement concrete in my country. The initial purpose is only to save the quality of cement and diminish the pressure made by cement with the development of the study on concrete performance, the chance of applied to concrete will be more and more big than before because concrete added flying-ash not only can save the quality of cement but also can improve the susceptibility concrete or dinish the use of water, or improve concrete or diminish the rise of temperature and so on .But flying-ash is always controlled the range of 10-20%HFCC is a new cement concrete .Flying-ash usually need to be cement 50%(the ratio of volume) in concrete and no less than 40%.Flying-ash has become the important party of concrete .It has not been cement only substitute cement For flying-ash being increased obviously, the performance of HFCC for example early strength, susceptibility and so on is changed. So the use of HFCC engineer is very unconvenient As far as the case being concerned, the paper aims to study the performance of HICC from the raw material influence HFCC. Firstly, it analyze the technical requirements of raw material of HFCC and the gradation design .Secondly It study system the mechanical performance and the useless performance of HFCC .On the basis of finishing the experiment, we have paved the experiment road on HFCC and measured the construction and the technology of construction .Finally the economic and social efficient applied to the engineering of road on HFCC has been analyzed.
