Based on the theoretically analysis and induction, aimed at developing and perfecting the software ,this paper expands three modules to the bridge design software Bridge Master which is under developing--nonlinear temperature stress analysis model, engineering central data base management system model and part of post-processing model.through comparing and analyzing calculation theories of nonlinear temperature, the paper develops nonlinear temperature stress analysis model and adopts an example to check the reliability of the calculation method and its result, which proved effective.Based on data management and data base model analysis to the characteristics of bridge soft post-processing for bridge software, the paper selects ACCESS as platform for central data base management and ADO as data base connection to save the results, which realized parts functions of the engineering central data base management system.The paper also develops part of the post-processing of Bridge Master on the basis of characteristics of bridge structure, so that the system can reveals every load effects under construction phase or use phase through text, table and picture, through which we can understand the statue of structure more exactly and conveniently.
