Special Mechanical System Dynamics Simulation And Optimization Design

This paper introduces the domestic and overseas background and the developed trend of the "the Multi-Bullet Grenade Rifle", and the types and the developed trend of the several kinds of the bullets.In light of the situation that shotshell's range is not enough long and velocity is not enough high, this paper bring forth the new principle which is called "the Second-Launch Theory", say, during the outer-ballistic trajectory phrase, powder is re-ignited and pills in the bullet are re-launched, which is to increase the range and enhance the velocity. And under the thread of "the Second-Launch Theory", this paper briefly introduces the structure design of three kinds of bullets such as the shotshell grenade and the shell.This paper sets forth the three kinds of bullets' modeling of the classical trajectory which is based on "the Second-Launch Theory", and calculate these with the 20mm grenade rifle as example; comparing to the classical trajectory without the phrase of the second-launching, we can come to the conclusion that it can increase the range and enhance the velocity. And this paper discusses the differences between two modes of the second-launching. In the optimization design, this paper builds up the classical inner-and outer-ballistic trajectory optimization's models which are based on the second-launching, and the results show that, in this kind of design about the new guns and the bullets, there is many a room can be done. And in the part of result analysis, the paper analyzes the how parameters changes of every period impact on the main design index, so that provides the valuable information and guide for the designers.The software has the integrated function and kind interface, and the calculation and the optimization design provide for the academic guide and a applied tool, therefore it satisfies the needs of the aided design.
