| Among many absorbing materials, ferrite is common and better in the absorbing property. In this thesis, a new type of materials composed of resistors and ferrite is proposed. It can bring us a better absorbing performance and a wider band than ferrite.In order to design this material, the theory of Finite-Difference Time-Domain Method (FDTD), artificial neural networks (ANN) and genetic algorithm (GA) is needed. After the theory is introduced simply, process of this design is described, and calculating data, charts and analyzing will be shown. Then we will introduce the way to make the practicality and to measure the absorbing performance of this material. As a result, calculating data and experimental data all prove that the absorbing performance of the multi-layer ferrite absorbing material has obvious enhancement if we add resistors to it, when the thickness of the absorbing material doesn't change. At last, we point out some shortages of the process, and give some advices to solve them. |
