Electromagnetic radiation has polluted the people's daily lives and living environment seriously,the cement based absorbing material is an effective way to meet electromagnetic radiation protection requirements.As requirements and costs of foam cement based absorbing materials is high,the current researches mainly focus on the military,but investigation for the physical and mechanical properties of foam cement based absorbing materials are relatively small.Porous structure of foam concrete can absorb electromagnetic waves,so to prepare foam cement based absorbing materials which has the absorbing properties,combined with the porous structure of the cement-based absorbing material and foam concrete.In this thesis,foam cement based absorbing materials is prepared by using graphite and magnetic ferrite as wave absorbing agent.The effects of water-cement ratio,foaming agent dosage content,wave absorbing agent content on dry density,compressive strength and porosity of foam cement based absorbing materials also analyzed.The optimal proportion was analyzed by orthogonal test,the linear relationship between porosity and water absorption was analyzed by SEM and XRD,the strength of foam cement based absorbing materials is improved by the addition of basalt fiber.It is shown that dry density and compressive strength of foam cement based absorbing materials show a decreasing trend with the increase of water-cement ratio and foaming agent.The dry density of foam cement based absorbing materials decreases firstly and then increases with the increase of the amount of absorbing agent,porosity is in contrast to the trend of dry density.Through orthogonal test,the influence of water-cement ratio on the compressive strength and water absorption of foam cement based absorbing materials are very significant,the effect of hydrogen peroxide on dry density and porosity of foam cement based absorbing materials is significant,the effect of graphite on the test parameters is significant,while the effect of the ferrite is not significant.Although the optimal solutions by visual analysis are inconsistent for each test index,a good test solution that is water-cement ratio of 0.59,hydrogen peroxide content is 8%,iron oxide context is 5%,the graphite content is 5%,can be drawn out comprehensive balance method for dry density,compressive strength and porosity of foam cement based absorbing materials.Admixture has no effect on the composition of foam cement based absorbing materials,under alkaline conditions the activity of the fly ash is excited,the C-S-H gel is formed.The water absorption rate of foam cement based absorbing materials increases with the increase of porosity,a certain linear relationship between them.Basalt fiber increase the compressive strength of foam cement based absorbing materials,when basalt fiber content is 1.0kg/m3,is the best contest.Studies about foam cement based absorbing materials is at an early stage of exploration in this thesis,and it is hoped to provide some reference for future in-depth research.
