Abstract/Summary:
According to some simulated emulations in tribology, still aim at the analysis of macroscopic shape look and performance merely, for microscopic organization imitate lose very much. This paper has analyzed influence of different graphite size, graphite shape, graphite distribution and different structure, for the changing friction wear shape look and stress site according to the result of testing .Author analyzed the friction mechanism of material.This paper has studied wearability and the wear mechanism of 4 kinds of different material HT200 , Ductile Iron mainly and Low-carbon Ductile Iron. And 3 kinds of structure---- pearlite, bainite and sorbite was compared. Authors analyzed the wearability of different material.with Ansys.Author have analyzed difference wear sampling property and the wear surface feature, and discussed the influence of graphite, hardness and structure on material wear-resisting property. Show as a result: The wearability of low carbon ball iron is not only concerning on hardness , distribution of graphite but on the structure of the materials. Through Ansys analyses we can know that the graphite in material round whole distribution even material wearability can rise relatively, if the structure of material is bainite body performance is comparison good, if the structure of material is pearlite the wearability will rise with the smaller space of the cemenite.
