| With the continual enlargement of the production scale in the Aluminum Electrolysis industry and the rapid development of the computer technology, automatic control theory and information network technology, the integrated automation technology of the rectification power supply system becomes riper and riper. So it is very urgent to apply the integrated automation system with advanced technology to the Aluminum Electrolysis industry in our country. Aimed at the current situation of 110KV rectification power supply system for Aluminum Electrolysis in Qinghai Aluminum Group Company, not only the overall architecture of the integrated automation system based on the rules of redundancy, distribution and layering, but also an advanced scheme of digital automatic constant current control system based on single neuron control, are presented in this paper. The automatic constant-current control system, which adopts the advanced neuron network algorithm, is made up of series of current loop and single rectification unit current loop. The alteration of the rectification power supply system, which is beneficial to improving reliability and low power consummation per ton Aluminum, raises economic benefits in Aluminum Electrolysis. It is very significant to the development of the Aluminum Electrolysis industry in China.The paper includes five chapters: Chapter 1 briefly introduces the character and current research of the rectification power supply of Aluminum Electrolysis, and presents the significance of this project. Chapter 2 puts forward the overall architecture of the integrated automation system, the working principles and the features of main components. Chapter 3 describes the digital and intelligent algorithm of the constant current control in detail. Chapter 4 introduces the implementation and application of the system. At last, Chapter 5 summarizes the paper and proposes the further study and development of the integrated automation system. |
