Natural Gas Vehicle Technical And Economic Analysis And Research

According to the present development of NGV in our country ,the necessity of developing NGV in our country and the technology of NGV are analyzed, the economy of NGV is evaluated specially. The trend of NGV is forecasted based on the past development, and combining the conclusion of the analysis of the technology and economy and the policies and the laws and regulations of the development of NGV overseas, the feasible policy for development of NGV in our country is suggested.The technology of refitting of diesel using CNG and petrol engine using LPG is proposed .The working property of diesel using CNG and petrol engine using LPG is analyzed, the main technology problems after refitting of NGV not only are deduced but also are partly solved. The technology of natural gas station is described and the trend of the natural gas station is proposed.The economy of NGV is evaluated by means of the retrieval period of the investment and the economy of natural gas station is evaluated by means of both the balance analyses between the profits and loss and the analyses of sensitivity. The conclusion is draw: the high the price of the natural gas, the better the profits of the natural gas station, but to the bus owner the less the profits based on the fuel and the long the retrieval period of the investment.The developments in the future of NGV and the natural gas station are forecasted on the basis of the model of the gray system .The following conclusion is drawn: without the encouraging policies and strict laws and regulations of emission, until to 2010,the numbers of CNGV and the natural gas stations are parallel to the standard in the country in which the industry of NGV has been developed rapidly.The laws and regulations of emission relate to NGV, which limit the emission of automobile, and the better policies, which encourage the development of NGV, are analyzed. The corresponding policies are carried out in all country in which there are NGV, meanwhile the practiced policies in such country as America, Japan, Canada, Australia, etc are enumerated.The practiced policies which are used to develop NGV industry in our country, which comprise such aspects as technology policy, industry policy, laws and regulations and encouraging policy, are proposed based on both the work of this thesis, the successful empirical overseas and the present status of our own country.
