| After an introduction to the development and basic theory of automobile absorbers, this paper mainly studies the control of shock absorption for vehicle absorbers with the basic method of fuzzy logic control.First, in view of the basic theory for fuzzy control, this section mainly discusses the interpolation nature of single-input single-output and double-input single-output Mamdani algorithm, and explains the basic idea of fuzzy interpolation, in which the number of control rules can be reduced, improving the calculating speed of fuzzy controller. Furthermore, this section also studies the algorithm of fuzzy reasoning, putting forward the fuzzy interpolation control algorithm.Secondly, an vibration model and fuzzy interpolation controller are established, fuzzing the input value and the output value, and builds the control rules and the look-up chart.In the last section, to prove the validity of fuzzy interpolation algorithm, simulation with MatlabG. 5 for operating the fuzzy controller has been done, in which it simulates dynamic response of the vibration acceleration for fuzzy interpolation control. Results of simulation studies have shown that the vertical vibration acceleration of the absorbers with fuzzy interpolation control is smaller than that with general fuzzy control. So, that is to say, this fuzzy control is simple and effective, it can also improve the drive ability and safety, and the control precision and stability are obviously better than the general fuzzy controllers. Of course, from the results, we can see that the improvement is limit, it can't completely restrain the vibration, and this is to be studied deeply to improve the performance of this system. |
