To protect natural environment and save energy is known as a popular issue now. And it is becoming a highly valued opinion of how to recovery the low temperature waste heat occurring in industrial process. Heat pump, as an effective energy saving device, is qualified to be employed in saving energy and enhancing energy recovery. Based on the study of huge low temperature waste heat occurring in unit #3-turbine circle water located in Beihai Power Plant, this dissertation specially chooses heat pump technology to realize waste heat recovery, and proposes a practical plan to supply heat for plant office in winter.Based on the comparative analysis of two available heat system plan, the paper selects the water-water heat pump system plan. After a series of character analysis, design calculation; the style of compressor including media choosing and its circle dynamic calculation for the thermodynamic system is determined. Besides this, based on some basic measure of thermodynamic analysis, the heat pump coefficient of performance is discussed; the exergy analysis for the water-water heat plan is conducted; the calculation formula of heat pump exergy efficiency is derived; an optimal model for heat pump together with thermal machine is established and the main exchanger equipment in heat pump system including its resistance calculation is designed in details. Finally, the dissertation conducts technical analysis and economic estimate.In brief, heat pump, in condensing power plant, can recovery the waste heat of circling water, and this technology is crucial to save energy and industrial service water and protect natural environment.
