The project studied in this dissertation is from the "SHIWU" critical investigation item of National Science and Technology Ministry. On the background of power bed high quality rare earth permanent magnet brushless direct current motor(REPM BLDCM) system is researched and developed.In this dissertation the basic operation theory for BLDCM is analyzed in detail, the method of designing BLDCM is researched and the electromagnetism scheme about BLDCM used in power bed is given. This scheme is simulated by Ansoft software environment. In this way, it is proved the electromagnetic design scheme is feasible. Meanwhile, the dynamic mathematics model for BLDCM under the MATLAB operation platform is developed. Then the simulation waveform of the motor could be acquired. At the same time, according to the requirements, this dissertation gave the design of the controller for the BLDCM and DSP BLDCM minimum system (concluded hard and soft part) which is done adopting TMS320LF2407A as the key chip. Moreover, it introduces the BLDCM CAD software which is widely used in the motor field and proposes the designing thoughts, and also gives the structure frame about this software. At the end it puts forward how to solve some technological hard problems about this software.
