Electro-hydraulic loading simulator is a typical mechanical electrical and hydraulic integration system. It can simulate the air torque acting on aircraft actuator under laboratory conditions. The air torque will change with the changes of aircraft altitude, surrounding air, actuator position. Electro-hydraulic loading simulator is an important part of hardware-in-the-loop simulation.This paper designs a set of electro-hydraulic load simulator test system, The specific work are as follows:First, mechanical structure design of electro-hydraulic load simulator test system. This paper designed two electro-hydraulic servo motors as executive components. They simulate the movement of the steering gear and the air force acting on the shaft. The steering gear motor can slide along the slide-way, though which the distance between load motor and steering gear motor will be changed, to simulate different structural parameters of steering gear. Structure design comply with safety first, standardization, modular design principles. Full account of the mechanical installation of the interface of each module body, the installation of the hydraulic system interface module, and electrical wiring within the structure.Second, hydraulic system design of the electro-hydraulic load simulator test system. Hydraulic system is the power source of the overall system, with high precision, high response characteristics of large power efficiency. Its structure will be made to side-mounted mechanical body to reduce its height and be integrated with mechanical structure. Centralized control will be applied to diverted all of the hydraulic control variable to the pump control unit of the control cabinet volume for centralized monitoring and control.Third, hardware components of the control system design of the electro-hydraulic load simulator test system. The hardware components made the industrial PC and the A/D, D/A modules as its core and integrated control unit, power distribution unite, pump control unite, number unite, handling different types, different function signals.Forth, electro-hydraulic load simulator control algorithm's, study simulation and experiment. For design the loading system controller of the electro-hydraulic load simulator test system, this paper proposed a power feed-forward compensation control algorithm through theoretical analysis and simulation. Using this method design the controller of load simulator's parameter model. Finally, this paper wrote control algorithm code and proved the force feed-forward compensation method is effective though experiment.
