Now, it is a trend that the modern information technology is applied to traditional product design. The thesis manages to search a way to increase efficiency of designing fans, improve design method, reduce design cost under the help of advanced CFD technology. On the basis of designing axial fan under the Single Aerofoil Method, thethesis uses the CFD software--FLUENT to stimulate the designedaxial fan in the way of three-dimensional numerical method, in that way, we get many important details, rules and performance parameters about the interior of axial fan. through contrastively stimulating many models of axial fan which are made by changing some primary geometrical parameters that effect on fan's performance, then we can aquire the reason and degree that each parameter effects on the axial fan's performance, based on the analyst for the result of stimulation, regarding fan's efficiency as target and making use of optimal design method, we improve on parameters which effect on axial fan performance, achieve the axial fan best design project at last through computing again and again. |
