Abstract/Summary:
This paper describes the development and trend of the weapon bay which the fighter plane equipped with at home and abroad, especially the missile ejection mechanism; the kinematics and dynamics analysis about a sort of missile ejection mechanism is discussed and the model of the system is simulated by the tools in MATLAB, such as Solver and so on.Firstly, the diagram of the mechanism and the kinematics model is established. Afterward, on the basis of this, the kinematics simulation of the missile ejection mechanism is accomplished. Simulink simulation model is given to simulate the movement of the VR model. The result is useful to the design and analysis of the ejection machine.The modeling and simulation describing the dynamic performance of the cylinder are established and the sectional acres of the actuating pneumatic organ are discussed; After resolving the simulation model by MATLAB , the cylinder dynamic performance parameter based on time is obtained; In the end , the influence of inertial load , stroke and valid area on the dynamic performance of the cylinder are discussed. This work is useful to the design and analysis of the new ejection mechanism, especially the new cylinder.Finally, we gave some clue for further research basing on the summary of this paper.
