| With the development of the electric industry and the rapid increasing of the wastage of the power, the effect of the low-voltage circuit breaker on the power supply and the circuit protection is more and more important .It was required that the circuit breaker has enough short circuit breaking capacity and some intelligent functions. The circuit breaker can achieve selective protection and the power supply safety. Intelligent controller is a central unit used for intelligent circuit breaker, it becomes one of the main symbols which is used to judge the advancement of the circuit breaker.In order to satisfy the requirements of the selective protection to the power network and to increase the production competition, it has important applications to design the intelligent controller that has intellectual function and reasonable price. Therefore, the intelligent controller is developed which matched with DW-18 low-voltage intelligent conventional circuit breaker. The paper dealt with mostly some factual problems in the project. Based on the principle, this paper dissertates it from two facts: hardware and software. At first, it is presented that the realizable methods of signal detection and sample, power supply, circuit breaking mode and operation of the CPU on hardware. The design achieved required functions. Secondly, the real-time multitask operating system was adopted on software, and it preferably achieved the real-time tasks. The actual realization of multitask, the algorithm of the current monitor and the real-time requirement of the program design is the emphases in this section. For the more, the anti -jamming design of software and hardware and actual experiment are discussed.As the result of the improvement of the design, the experiment shows that the designed controller has the characteristics of good real-time, high EMC, and it realizes the required functions. The practice proves that this method is reliable. |
