The design of detecting sonar of underwater vehicle plays a very important role in the research and development of under water vehicle. On the base of the active sonar theory, this thesis delves into the critical technical of how to design detecting sonar system of under water vehicle, and completely discusses the idea of system designing, the construction of hardware, the problem solution of critical technical and experiment result analysis. The main contents are as follows:1. To discuss the active detecting sonar system's composition and operational principle. On the base of hardware approach, to discuss all the theory involve in active detecting sonar system, including the selection of signal waveform, digital signal sampling, digital signal processing.2. To dissert how to realize detecting sonar system on hardware. Include hardware realization approach of analog signal pretreatment, digital signal processing, transmitter, receiving converter and system power supply. It's main to discuss the critical technique of hardware approach.3. Use the probe bottom sonar system to make experiments in the national key laboratory noise elimination water pool. According to the experiment results, the probe bottom sonar system work in good order. It can accurately obtain the distance information.4. The summary of the whole research is in the end.
