The Development Of The Hydraulic Drive Screw Lifts

In this paper, to meet the trend of new elevatory stage,a hydraulic motor driven leading screw elevatory stages were developed. This design absorbed the goods of traditional electric driven screw elevatory stages.lt followed the mechanical-electrical-hydraulic combined idea to analyze the key technic of the total mechanism.The history facts of elevatory stage were discussed.Features of various stages were compared;the developing trends of it and the utilization of hydraulic driving system were discussed. In the hydraulic unit, it put a detailed description of it. The technic of hydraulic synchronic loop control were discussed. In the calculating process.the function of liquid proportion control was discussed.especially to the synchronic control system and the dynamic character of synchronic error and the motor circuit.lt also discussed the relationship between the hydraulic system parameter and the transmission system.In the transmission unit.the mechanical function of main parts has been optimized and calculated.good results gotten. The stress and deformation of the frame joints and poles were calculated using Structure Mechanics method. The character of the screw pole were analyzed.
