Compared with the electro-hydraulic servo valve,high speed switch valve is a new structure valve with the advantages of small size,high precision and strong flexibility,low cost,strong anti pollut ion ability,that is applicable to mechanical equipment in coal mine,metallurgy,forging,engineering and other environmental pollution is particularly serious in.The high-speed on-off valve research areas fac e two main big problems: first,improving the frequency response of high-speed on-off valve;second,increasing the high speed on-off valve outlet flow.In order to solve the first problem,the PMN T piezoelectric actuator is used instead of the tradit ional electromagnet driver to improve the response speed and reduce the installation size and reduce the manufacturing cost.For problem two,the paralle l structure of the spool,increasing high-speed on-off valve outlet flow.Based on the design of a high speed on-off valve as the research object,mainly to complete the following 4 tasks:(1)In this paper,the PMN T piezoelectric actuator uses PWM as the driving signal.According to the working principle of the driver,with the help of AMESim hydraulic simulation platform,the simulation model of piezoelectric actuator PMN T and commonly used piezoelectric actuator PZT is established.The piezoelectric properties of PMN T and PZT were compared,and the reaction speed of PMNT piezoelectric actuator was verified.(2)According to the working principle of the high speed on-off valve,the performance test model of the high-speed on-off valve is established by using the HC D Library in AMESim,The influence of PWM pulse signal on the outlet flow and pressure stability of high speed switch valve under different duty cycle was studied.At the same time,the influence of inlet pressure on the outlet flow stability of the high speed switch valve is studie d under the same duty cycle.(3)According to the structure size of the high-speed on-off valve,using UG to establish the three-dimensional model of high speed on-off valve internal flow.Application of mesh module in Fluent for the flow model of the grid.(4)In this paper,the dynamic simulation of the internal flow passage of the spool valve with different cone angles is carried out under the two condit ions of inlet throttle and outlet throttle.The use of Fluent in the dynamic grid technology,the introduction of the record spool speed data of the Profile file,the spool speed control.Analysis and comparison of the two conditions of different cone angles inside the valve core flow streamlines,velocity vector,pressure contours and trend are of practical significance to optimize the high speed on-off valve energy loss,noise and internal structure and channel design.
