High-grade Highway Bridge Health Assessment Study

With the high-speed development of economy in our country, we have got marked achievement in the construction of highway. The evaluation of bridge's health-status is becoming more and more important.In this dissertation, the bridge's health-status evaluation theory is summarized; the developing direction of modern bridge's health-status evaluation is analyzed. Combined with present status of highway bridges, the method of carrying capacity evaluation based on the structure damnification index and the dynamic parameter is raised.In this paper, the theory of artificial neural network is summarized; the analyse on BP neural network model is put stress on. For the predominance of artificial neural network's dealing with non-linear complicated relation, the technology of artificial neural network is introduced into the evaluation of the highway bridge's carrying capacity; and the preferences , the collection and disposal of stylebook, the structuring of BP neural network model are analyzed. On the basis of practice and checkout of stylebook, the feasibility of evaluating the highway bridge's carrying capacity based on BP neural network is proved.Making use of BP neural network Tool Box in the MATLAB language, we computerize the practical use of BP neural network; at the same time, the software based on BP neural network is made, the fix quantified evaluation system of the highway bridge's carrying capacity is attempted primarily.
