Internal Combustion Engine Oil Cooler Heat Transfer Performance Test System Development

Oil cooler is an important part of the lubrication system of engine. Its main function is to radiate heat that oil takes out from the body of engine in order to keep the quality of oil. It is very important for improving the efficiency of engine that oil cooler has a good capability of radiation. With the improvement of science, oil cooler cannot already meet the need of industry with their big and heavy bodies. So the testing technology about oil cooler is becoming more and more important. The main task of this paper is to design and develop a set of testing system of engine oil cooler base on industry computer.The main works done in this thesis are as followed:1. The research status and development current of cooler is introduced. ,the kernel task of this thesis is clear.2. The possible overall schema of an automation testing system of engine oil cooler heat transfer capability that base on currently testing technology are bring forward. After possibility analysis, a suitable project is chosen out.3. The hardware system and software system is designed based on the blue prints and the feasibility of system.4. The capability of system is tested through actually running.
