| In this dissertation, the technique of test for the velocity of duplex ammunition has been studied in all respects of design, experiment, theory, computer hardware and software etc. At first the traditional techniques are reviewed and some limitations are pointed out, then a new idea about it is brought forward and a set of system for the test is designed. In this project, hardware is fabricated with advanced micro-controller, the program is worked out which run in the single-chip computer and PC computer. With the interface, people can control the system expediently. Finally a test with the new equipment is accomplished and the data is recorded. In the experiment, the equipment can distinguish these signals which appear when bullets through the target, the velocity of duplex ammunition can be measured. From the result it is concluded that the equipment is eligible for the test of the velocity of duplex ammunition. In addition, advice is given to perfect the equipment in the future. |
