Based on the requirement of a practical project, a control system of the simple guidance bomb has analyzed and designed. The goals of the system are to achieve tracking of the scheme trajectory and then hitting of the target. The following is the main content of the paper:Firstly, it is established a bomb space motion model of six-degree of freedom and with the theory explanation of an automatic control system. It is also introduced the task and composition of the system.Secondly, in order to studying the dynamic characters of the bomb, the vertical and side direction perturbation equations of the bomb are analyzed. Moreover, the transfer functions of the bomb are identified.Thirdly, by neglecting the coupling influence, the control laws of pitching, yawing and sloping movements are designed separately with frequency domain analysis and root locus, and then the parameters of the controller are chosen.Fourthly, many times digital simulations and hardware-in-the-loop simulations have made. Those simulations verify and improve on the control system. In the meantime, components of control system are tested in hardware-in-the-loop simulations.Fifthly, it is introduced that the software, hardware design of the guidance computer, the flow chart of control software and the first throw experimentation.
