| The dry ash handling system of the power plant is unproved in this dissertation. In the base of original Hydro-ash-removing system, a new gas-ash-removing system with positive pressure is constructed. Through this new system, the plant can produce more high quality ashes. The detailed works are involved hi following aspects:i) The decision of building a new gas-ash-removing system is made, though a broad investigation and a systemic analysis of the original Hydro-ash-removing system.ii) The project of building the improved dry ash handling system is designed.iii) The dry ash handling system is constructed. And the operating results indicate that the design object is obtained.iv) The control functions of ash handling system are realized by the PLC programming.v) The watch and management of the control system are realized by the iFIX programming. |
