| In this paper, it is mainly discussed that the effective way a new vehicle model to be suitable for market and meet the requirement of CMVDR 294 is quickly developed on new vehicle platform by the theory and technology of modern design this is a successfully taste from simple Product-introducing and absorbing to co-operative development from partial self-developing to full self-developing.With the connection of theory and practice, the key factor of body structure design to meet the requirement of CMVDR294 id analyzed in the paper. By first using CAD/CAM/CAE technology, a new automotive model which structure and perform are changed is successfully developed.According to the requirement of CMVDR294,the 3D modeling about body structure, the simulation of a impact test, the engineering design and the result of a real auto crash test are researched in the paper . |
