| With the development of the computer, software, database and the method of mechanical design, the technique of CAD (Computer-aided Design) have been greatly promoted. In the recent years, the booming globalization of information and Internet technique make it possible to exchange information in the mechanical manufacture. Those changes bring the combination between the Internet and CAD. Internet provide the opened , distributed and integrated developing environment for the CAD system.As a member of the mechanical manufacturing, the design of gear is very important. The development of the design of gear in the network has effect on the advance of the mechanical manufacturing in the information super highway. Therefore, the research on system of Internet based gear CAD remote design has the great significance.In this paper, we look the design of gear as the researching background, and choose spiral bevel gear that the member of gear as the object of research to develop system. Firstly, we analyze the network technique, the application of the component and the communication to establish the model of the web-based design system. Secondly, we discuss the several key technologies in developing this system; put forward the structure of application. Thirdly, we develop the database management system, and utilize the JDBC API to realize the communication between web server and database. At the same time, we research the data remote transfer, and realize the remote computing of gear. Fourthly, we analyze the relevant current technological situation; discuss the developing technique of AutoCAD 2000, the technique of the ActiveX and ActiveX communication. Through that researching, it realizes the graphical interactivity in the web.Finally, we develop the system based on the B/S mode. We make use of Java to develop system and the relevant technologies of JSP/Servlet, JavaBean and network communication. It adopts Microsoft SQL Server2000 as the database management system. |
