This thesis introduces a design of spacecraft payload operating controlling system using Genetic Algorithms (GA). The process and the background of developing for GA are mentioned.As it shows, Payload of the spacecraft operating controlling model wasted much time and energy in the past. So improving payload operating controlling system is urgent. GA is a strong searching algorithm. This thesis first introduces the feature and using range of GA. And it also expatiate the feasibility of payload controlling system using GA.Subsequently, this thesis reforms payload operating controlling system using GA in the base of payload's fact working circumstance. This system accords with engineering fact and advances formerly system in efficiency.In the last part of this thesis, simulation result is given and it can meet the technology demand. The prospect and development direction is also mentioned.
