| With the rapid development of Shanghai's electric power, a scientific and reasonable programming guiding the transportation system of Yangtze River is necessitated so as to meet the need of forming the most profitable combination between the installments of shipping lines and the operating ships. In accordance with the relative theories concerning the linear model of the operations research, the paper puts forward the assumption (tentative plan) to optimize Yangtze River's electrical coal transportation system in Shanghai section. Thus GIF at the electrical plant and the total operation costs of shipping companies can be reduced to the lowest.Firstly, the author makes a qualitative analysis of the present condition and the existing problems of Yangtze River's electrical coal transportation system in Shanghai section , and the advocates the method of carrying out the overall thinking pattern and technological routines of the system planning by making use of mathematical model.Secondly, Designs and analysis by linear model are made to install the shipping lines of the electrical coal in order to reach an optimization plan considering the lowest GIF at the electrical plant.Thirdly, the best deployment of shipping lines and fleet installment plan can be regularized, in consideration to the distribution of the shipping lines' capacity and the fleet's tug ability, as well as a comprehensive judgement of economic parameter.Lastly, by synthesizing the above-mentioned research projects, with the analysis of the risky factors affecting the transportation market, the paper produces a complete programme over Yangtze River's electrical coal transportation system in Shanghai section. This paper is characterized by its integration of the requirements respectively from the electric plant's side -to reduce the coal price and from the shipping companies - to cut the operation costs though the deployment of the shipping lines. It is through systematical programming and step-by-step analysis that a satisfactory project is obtained. |
