First, this paper gives a brief introduction to the basic theory of induction heating and outlines the development and the status of the induction heating technique, and the method of capacitive PWM&PFM control in full-bridge series capacitor compensated resonant induction heating inverter used IGBT is discussed mainly.Chapter 1 gives a brief introduction to the basic theory of induction heating, then outlines the development and the status of the induction heating technique, and presents the actual meaning of the research and the main content of this paper.Chapter 2 compares the differences of the current-fed converter and the voltage-fed converter used in induction heating power, then induces the power regulation methods of the series resonant inverter and compares the characteristic of these methods. And then, a capacitive PWM&PFM control method which is suitable for medium and small power out induction heating is given.Chapter 3 discusses the principle of capacitive PWM&PFM control method and solves the soft switch problem of the converter, gives the main topology of the main circuit.Chapter 4 presents the design method of IGBT full-bridge voltage-fed series capacitor compensated resonant induction heating inverter used capacitive PWM&PFM control method.Chapter 5 presents the control circuit of capacitor compensated resonant induction heating inverter used capacitive PWM&PFM control method and introduces the principle of the control circuit.Chapter 6 analyzes the result of the experiment and verifies the feasibility of the capacitive PWM&PFM control method used in IGBT series resonant inverter of induction heating. At the end of this paper, gives a summation for the whole dissertation.
