Noncircular section turning plays an important role in mechanical manufacturing , especially in the piston machining. As a kernel components , linear motor also play an key role in the control system. The type of Mf is a direction in noncircular section turning of the large trave,high frequency response. Some technical aspect related the control system based on the linear motor are discussed in this dissertation, and it includes such contents as follows:1. Besides introducing the research of the project generally , We also discussed the domestic and overseas trends of the application on machine of the linear motor and the technical aspect related control theory.2. We attains a linear motor of the MF type by reconstruct an old one of MFK type , and a general project of the control system is designed on this base.3. An theory module is built on the motor, and simulation analyses are also executed. It made us understand the control system more clearly and help us in the practical researches lately.4. Some experiments such as scanning frequencies, orient precision, sine-wave tailing have done on the control system, and some targets about the control system such as celerity, accuracy, stabilization have been reached by some methods such as phase-revised, PID control and ECT.5. It made us comprehend the system by the quantity analyses to the experimental result.6. The real time characteristics and feasibility of the system application on the WINIDOWS have also discussed. It shows that we can attain the demand of the real time characteristics within some frequencies.It is feasible by our research that the type of the linear motor application on the practice. But many work we should do.
