Hun River Cascade Reservoir Dispatching Automation System Design Study

According to the characteristics of Hunjiang basin and the problems indwelling the present automatic system of water regime, this paper firstly summarizes the necessity to build the automatic operation system for the rundle waterpower stations of Huanren, Huilong and Taipingshao as well as the design principles and development destinations, then researches and designs the automatic system of flood control and power operation for it which includes the information collection, water forecast, operation decision-making, information query and management based on the standard design principle , fuzzy optimization theory and environment of most advanced software and hardware. The reasonable design, advanced theory methods and application environment and friendly interface are all the characteristics of the system, which is easy to be operated and generalized.
