Taipingshao Power Plant Turbine Guide Apparatus Analysis

Problems existing in turbine training machine of Taipingshao power plant were discussed in the dissertation. Following deficiencies of the turbine training gear were solved. Firstly, turbine wicket gate bearing was held; secondly, overstressing of the turbine wicket gate appeared after storage of the unit being increased; thirdly, permeable quantity of turbine wicket gate clearance was high. Based on comprehensive analysis and study of the above problems, corresponding measurements are made. First, to ensure the bearing work well, turbine wicket gate bearing are renovated and new materials are refurnish; second, stress of the turbine wicket gate are analyzed to determine the running scope of the unit; third, the seal of the turbine wicket gate clearance is remade, and should be adjusted carefully on the advent of heavy repair. Having the above problems analyzed and disposed, the turbine of Taipingshao power plant is running quite well at present.
