In this paper the power source is designed according to the demand of manufacture of kinescope testing kinescope. And this power source can be used as especial experiment power source too. Input voltage of the power source is AC 100V, 50Hz and output voltage of the power source can be regulated from 100V to 30000V and output current can be regulated from 1mA to 5mA. The system can display out voltage and out current.80C198 microcomputer is used as the control circuit of this power source. The serial voltage regulate technology, high frequency switch technology and SCR pre-regulate technology are adopted in the main circuit. This power source has many characteristics such as simple circuit, fast response, high stability, high efficiency and maximum protect current can be set by manual. This paper analyzes the unitary structure and work principle of the power source and explains the work principle of SCR pre-regulate circuit, serial voltage regulate circuit and high frequency switch circuit. The circuit of hardware and software flowchart of microcomputer is given. This paper analyzes the stability of this system at last.
