Based on the Maxwell's Equations, The one-dimensional foil conductor's current density distribution equals the sum of the independent skin effect and the proximity effect current density distributions, and the one-dimensional foil conductor's loss equals the sum of the independent skin effect and the proximity effect losses.Based on Dowll model for transformer, ID analytical procedure for calculate PCB winding loss has been developed, which solved the problem of PCB winding connection in parallel, with it ,the designer can easy analyzed the loss of the PCB winding.By using the ID tool and 2D Finite Element Method(FEM), the best winding arrangement has been discovered, which results in a minimum ac resistance for the transformer winding. The effect of the primary and secondary winding widths on the power loss and energy storage are analyzed for the PCB winding pattern by using 2D-FEM, It is demonstrated that when the primary and secondary have the same winding width, the transformer has the lowest ac-resistance and leakage, this suggests ways the designer can modify the winding arrangement to minimize the loss of transformer.
