| The automatic analyzer is a necessary instrument for clinical diagnostics . This paper is based on the subject of automatic biochemical analyzer, which is under the support of the National Science and Technology Department's Ninth Five-year Plan.Firstly, the national and international development of automatic analyzer is introduced in this paper. The principle of the automatic analyzer is introduced. According to the multitask need of mechanical movement, a multi-CPU control system consisted of one PC computer and six 8031 singlechips is designed. According to the need of operation, a software system with good interface ancLsJxong function is completed . The PC program is based on Visual Basic language and the program in 8031 is based on assemble language. The reliability of this control system is also discussed in this article. Finally, the precision of micro-syrings and disks has been measured by experiment and the results indicated that the control system fit the bill of the analyzer. |
