The principle of the CRT digital color printer is that the digital image displaying on the CRT can be acted as a fictitious film. After traditional developing, fixing, rinsing and drying, the digital image can be exported to the ordinary print paper. The hardware of the CRT digital color printer consists of four main parts: the main computer system, the optics system, the servo-control system and color printer mechanics. The software of the CRT digital color printer realizes the importing and the processing of the digital image, the controlling of the photo color etc. In the end, some improve methods of the hardware and the software is put forward.
